Try not to eat em' all LC Meatballs
Ok. So one of the things I made Low Carb right away was some meatballs. I didn't really make meatballs much before that. I bought already made ones in the meat section, not the frozen because those are gross and always taste funny. But I didn't buy those very often. I don't know why, honestly. Anyway, my husband came home from a work party and was raving over this guy's meatballs. He even got the recipe from him for me to make them. As I looked over the recipe the only thing I noticed that was different from regular meatballs was that he added shredded cheddar cheese. So I began making these meatballs. And then I went low carb.
